Please note, that a call fee of $75 is applied per person + mileage is .55 per mile and is split among all clients seen in a day.

Be prepared to ride. Have your trainer attend if you would like his/her input. Horse must be sound and groomed. Your horse will be measured and you will ride in several demo saddles. Please allow 2-3 hours for this initial appointment.

NEW SADDLE FITTING

2.5 hours | $ 100.00

Up to 1 hour new saddle consultation for outside brand saddles.

Please note for this service a farm call fee of $50 per person within 1 hr radius or $75 per person for outside of 1 hr radius

Mileage $.55/mile split with all client per trip

SADDLE EVALUATION

1 hour | $ 50.00

Existing saddles will be evaluated for fit and recommendations regarding improvements that can be made. This fee is per horse and includes an unlimited number of saddles you may have to work with.

TREE ADJUSTMENT

1 hour | $ 200.00

Performed to tracings on any wood-spring or synthetic tree with a metal head plate. Fiberglass trees can not be adjusted. This can be done at your farm, on my van.

FLOCK ADJUSTMENT

1 hour | $ 175.00

New wool is added/removed from panels to balance fit. This should be performed approximately every 6 months, more often on a new saddle. Fit is assessed with rider up, so please be dressed to ride.

STRIP FLOCK

.5 hours | $ 300.00

Existing material is removed and all new wool is installed. This should be done every 5 years for optimal performance. This is a take-home job. Additional fees may apply to brands other than Custom Saddlery, or for removal of synthetic or moldy materials. Your saddle will be returned clean and moisturized in one week's time.

BILLETS + RESTICHING

1 hour | $ 40.00

Please specify color when making appointment~thank you! Price is per billet or item stitched.

CUSTOM WORK

1 hour | $ 100.00

Clients are billed at an hourly rate for custom work. This rate is calculated on a sliding scale depending on the scope and specific demands of your project. Please request a phone consult for more information.
